Certificate course: European Sustainability Reporting Manager (ESRA)

Sustainable transformation always means redesigning the organization of work and targeted further training of employees' skills. On-the-job training has become a welcome addition to traditional training. Because we know from research that knowledge acquired directly on the job is stored much better in memory than theoretical knowledge.

The ESRA Academy therefore offers a customized learning program in the form of modular learning units depending on prior knowledge, accompanied by intensive coaching and training "in day-to-day business". Coaching and consulting take place in a personal support relationship. In this way, the junior manager learns how to perform the work. Closely linked to on-the-job training are regular control and feedback meetings. In this way, errors are excluded or detected at an early stage.
