Sustainable transformation always means redesigning the organization of work and targeted further training of employees' skills. On-the-job training has become a welcome addition to traditional training. Because we know from research that knowledge acquired directly on the job is stored much better in memory than theoretical knowledge.
ESRA therefore offers a customized learning program in the form of modular learning units depending on prior knowledge, accompanied by intensive coaching and training "in day-to-day business". Closely linked to on-the-job training are regular control and feedback meetings. In this way, errors are excluded or detected at an early stage.
